A really good book on the subject of convincing. Many examples and explanations about study design and -fragestellungen lead the reader to the scientific world of persuasion. The texts are easy to read even for moderately good English speaking people.

The only, but real, drawback: the book does not bring holistic concept but lined up phenomenon to phenomenon and study to study. Sometimes it seems to me selected almost at random the order of chapters. Therefore 2 points deduction.

As a complement to eg Cialdini but highly recommended.
