The powder is taste great, I personally think it's better than the version in Red (Honey Vanilla). It dissolves both in water and in milk in a shaker with strainer easily on, there are no lumps. According to the label, it is aspartame free. Who does not like it so sweet, should be of Scitec the finger, with the sweetener have not saved;)
