Sending in heilem state windfall?

I ordered 3 of these tea glasses. As such, the product is not bad. However, 2 of 3 arrived broken, what
no wonder, since the package was as good as not padded. Neither in the shipping carton in the actual packaging of the product. The glass filter is surrounded with a touch of paper, so no wonder that this very broke.

1 star there is that the product is very beautiful in itself and the value ok
2. Stern there for quick sending of the package and the rapid settlement of reimbursement

- The third is withdrawn, because I wanted a resending of the product, but only a refund was given without further comment
- The fourth and fifth star is subtracted for incorrect packaging and thus resulting damage and additional expenses
