Callback on Ergo and portrayal brought only a terse "We are only the insurance and not the service." Conclusion: Never ever again insurance by Ergo. If we do not manage it even with simple things a display repair, to instruct or to ensure the quality and service of a reasonable service, I would not imagine any other claims.
