Who would have thought? A device in the price range and it gets 100% service! Fast, uncomplicated, competent; after a complaint that the device magentas printet too strong and this can not be adjusted appropriately, the lady from the service took so long not let up until I was satisfied. Mind you it has reported repeatedly and proposed solutions. Ultimately, the product was exchanged on her insistence: I have a parcel brought a box over, in that I should pack up the printer. Then the parcel service has brought the new printer and the old taken. That I did not know so. The replacement device is working properly, even with non-HP paper - I print so especially my full-color drawings to 120g and 200g paper; the difference recognizes the printer and adjusts the settings. The app works great; iPhone, iPad and Samsung Galaxy, and MacBook had no trouble locating the WLAN and the printer has printed without hesitation and confidently. Great idea: the foldable display. I also feel the price of separately orderable spare toner to be reasonable; there are a lot cheaper no-name toner for the device, which I have not yet tested.
