Finally! After 6 years a new solo album by DJ Shadow, one of the most innovative and most brilliant musicians of our time. After masterpiece "Endtroducing ..." and almost as good UNKLE album my expectations were high, but I was not disappointed. Shadow has once again created some brilliant tracks, unlike "Endtroducing ...", but no less good. Whether calmer tracks like "Giving Up the Ghost" or "Mongrel Meets His Maker", hip hop deposits as "Walkie Talkie" or pure chaos "Mashin 'On The Motorway", every song is unique and awesome. Of particular note are the two singles, "Six Days" with an ingenious vocal sample and the indescribable "You Can not Go Home Again", that's just 7 minutes a good mood and I at least do not get out of your head. This album is highly recommended anyone who likes good music and not too focused on a genre, it is so far my album of the year and can be topped off at most when Massive Attack or Prodigy was their promise to make and 2002 nor their new works accomplish.
