We have the teapot now in use for several weeks and it is - despite great skepticism - still intact. Only the strainer is not optimal, because the water outlet openings are located only in the lower part of the screen and fine tea easily clog. Then it takes a long time until the teapot is filled completely, the tea is then unfortunately already covered. In coarser tea leaves filling easier. Since the screen is made of glass, it is very hot, so you when to remove easily burn. Here a plastic sieve would be more practical. All in all a shapely pot, which offers a good alternative to traditional teapots.
