Super grater, nice and sharp. produces small gossamer leaflets. the Parmesan melts quasi on the tongue. We wash them in the dishwasher. Looks like new after several months use and cuts still sharp. Good, smooth-running food holder.
Only the blade guard is difficult to consistently and upward push only on the handle side. When new plan large, terribly firmly adhesive sticker. Until you down to ... for a star deduction.
