I own this laptop now for about 4 months and had initially no problems with the computer! (Mainly used as a home PC with power supply) But when I had umswitchen often on battery power, to much to me a very unpleasant high-frequency beep, but the bothered neat addition to the strong ventilation noises! In addition, the computer was very, very hot at the bottom which further irritated me greatly.
I had to send the notebook and asked corrected the error. After two weeks I got a good piece then back again. The motherboard was changed, updates the BIOS and changed the underbody. (Was by the extreme heat development easily deformed)
Result:
The fan worked noticeably quieter but was constantly in the background at work ... a bit disturbing because the fan sometimes intermittently, leistunsunabhängig grew louder and quieter! Named whistle was also, unfortunately, still on battery power more than clearly perceptible. The heat development but had minimal improvement, of unbearably hot to hot bearable!
In short, the laptop had been put up for repair ...
Again, after two weeks ... I figured even the worst ... the unthinkable happened. The laptop was working and perfectly! Once again changed the motherboard and in addition the fan is replaced, neither whistling nor any ventilation noise was heard. (Really no noise, not even minimally) is from heat development no trace ... the computer now lukewarm at the bottom. .. amazing!
I am amazed that Sony has here still get the curve, but I want every consumer rates once similar signs are visible like me to send in or deliver the computer. Do not settle for the shortcomings satisfied ... (as it seems to be a problem or series Sony specific problem indeed seems ... On the Internet)
This computer (and especially Sony) can if you just want ... you need them just to rise to his feet! (That's why I only three stars)
