Without the hassle of heating milk and yoghurt is filled into the yogurt maker. Milk (1 liter. UHT milk) should be at room temperature, to a simple yogurt with live cultures, zBder organic yogurt from Lidl (sure, it is also delicious with Actimel, but since sugar is just back there). First, the pure yogurt, mix with a little milk, then fill the rest of the milk, cover it, plug it in, turn on. I let the yogurt maker 24 hrs. Running, then the yogurt is lactose-free. Tastes great. My tip: give Frozen strawberries in a pot and boil slowly, some honey to it and provide information about the yogurt - tastes wonderful!
