Exactly tripod for always there. Very small pack volume and the price offered in combination with the ball head C10 is totally okay. Personally, I'm going to upgrade my tripod to the high-order spherical head C20. For smaller SLRs but perfectly adequate and very well made. Especially useful to fix the camera at ground level, the tripod legs can be rotated by 180 °. Very functional, the screw caps on the tripod legs. The extension and notice the legs will take longer than with clamping fasteners - a quarter turn is sufficient to accurately fix the legs. Conclusion: Very well-made and under 1000g also relatively lightweight travel tripod, which invites to long photographic safaris.
