Convenient for small meals (small!) Typically I put in proteins (chopped ham, for example) or small pieces of cut fruit, when I give meals to the nanny of my daughter. The full meal does not fit into these pots, beyond 6 months, in my opinion, unless very small eater. But quality does not disappoint me
