Bought as a gift for my father's desk this Smurf House.
In terms of size it is well suited to.
As a toy, it is not particularly recommended, as you apart - can make "door to door to" nothing. More for the collectors.
The price vin 12.76 Euro is fine.

A star deduction because it was a pure stroke of luck, to fix the roof properly. Had some time it spent to push firmly, but it went off again and again, and was only in the house and was not engaged. Initially thought the roof could not fix it properly. When I went back the roof slipped cope later rested then finally another.
