So good and yet so bad

After my first Philips TV (predecessor) has in the warranty period conk I got this model as a replacement. Technically, there is (unfortunately) no improvements to its predecessor (had to already written a detailed review).

At a Glance:
Actually, almost everything is super (image, sound, 3D, Ambilight settings, connections, processing, etc.) and in this price range certainly exemplary, but the abysmal software takes all the fun on the device. The TV will become sluggish and crashes repeatedly (once also abruptly in the middle during a World Cup match between Germany, took 10 minutes to restore the image I had when I was naturally good mood!). Sometimes then come also like calls set up the internet connection (although already done umpteen times) the persistent pop up again and again when you does not follow the same. Even the automatic update does not even know the TV depends on (yes, I have long enough, namely serviced proud 24 hours before I then times pulled the plug and yes, the Internet connection is good, can finally also properly connect to YouTube ).
Absolute crap, so the device is, as I have already written to its predecessor, with me just in the second deployment in guest rooms (Philips does not take it back because it just as it is the normal state represents), in the living room is now for some time instead a Samsung device that I bought for the same price again to to spare my nerves (though I rather shun Samsung and it is not perfect, but at least stable running).

And if now someone bothers them that I, despite some positive aspects only awarded one star:
Ask makes buy before a new car, super processed, high-quality materials, low consumption, great ride and beautiful, but they remain at almost every ride so are on the road, the driver of the towing She speaks for a long time with "You" and stupid jokes. The manufacturer tells you that you can not do anything there, is just a small design flaw, not a reason to demand equal your money back.
