Software a pure disaster

I have this box about a year now. No matter what settings in the software - the thing only runs sporadically.
If the box at startup on Win7 computer connected via USB, the computer hangs at boot. Without exception.
If you connect the USB cable until after the run-up to, you have about a 50: 50 chance if you receiving picture / sound.
If not: Congratulations! The software can be namely no longer close, neither "normal" nor the task manager!
Never - Terratec: For me it is!
If I buy a product, it has to run perfectly. Installation problems can be solved by Googling or Support OK, but if this fills many evenings, yet is unsuccessful: NO THANK YOU!
