The switch is ok, the software is a disaster

The switch comes with a software that must be installed on the PC. Access from the browser does not work here.

- The default password is 50% not accepted. Only after repeated typing it goes .... times.
- There is an ongoing timeouts when one moves in the software, even though a Gigabit connection. I have also found nothing on the hinweißt why that might be so.
- The software is so slow that you can partially do not know if anything has ever worked
- The manual is insufficient. The statements in my opinion, poor. You can tell it well, the consuming need to find the really useful information on the internet and can be found by others there (see some reviews here)

So yes, the switch comes with Entertain, but only with the information on the Internet.
The manual is not a guide to the correct solution.
