Sometimes a little shaky spider

As the Corporate Alliance Tank Droid (Set 75015) comes also the Homing Spider Droid from Episode 2. Unfortunately, this set belongs with just 40.00 RRP mosquitoes (which you had to pay for New Release unfortunately) at 295 stones in contrast to Set 75015 not necessarily the best.
Well, so be it. One is compensated in any case, by the success of Star Wars set with some details.

First, a mandatory assessment of the classification of age.
Which I believe to children from 7 years for absolutely realistic. There are some places where you have to read the manual before exactly so in the end everything falls into place and the droid remains standing. In addition, there are some places where it gets a little tricky or some force is required (eg to the bringing on the image to be seen red cross rods on the feet in position). In any case, this set is built up with a lot of Lego technique but on the other hand to achieve the one hand, the desired stability and the necessary flexibility. And besides, the droid is supposed to be even close to the original as possible. In short: From 7 years old well suited, with some experience is certainly not wrong and, for example, parental help for one or two tricky location should not be far away..

If everything is set up to obtain a large and a small Spinnendroiden and diverse minifigures.
The small Spinnendroide is compared with the old set of Spider Droid (Set 7681) new and a nice addition, I think. Overall, nothing exceptionally exciting, but it can be beautifully integrated into the game and is therefore a popular setting. Due to the small construction this is of course a bit more delicate, so it can sometimes happen quite that one leg is lost. But is not dramatic, because they so easily can also be accurately re-attach. Can one so rather negligible.

The big droid has undergone some adjustments, by which he seems a bit more pleasing and round in the truest sense of the word.
The original square stones were replaced by round. At the same time the opportunity was taken to change a lot in the interior or in the construction of the head. The red sensors (eyes) are now mobile and can be rotated 360 °. For this, however, the upper gun or rocket is no longer rotatable. As compensation, it is now but cocked. Nothing has changed significantly on the lower gun. It is still up and down swingable.
The upper and lower gun are connected by a correspondingly long rod cross each other, so that the round Lego bricks also can not easily solve, because they are held up and down respectively by a final disc.

A significant change has also undergone the fixing of the four legs to the head, which is now running very stable by two cross bars and separate connecting pins. In addition, the legs are now a little longer and are thus also a bit further away from the body. And finally everything is in total a little more detail than before and thereby to look more beautiful.

Due to the many changes in the Spider Droid is very well suited to play with it. Because by the thoughtful design does not fall constantly somewhat.
But who expected to leave the feet move to leave, in order to imitate a transition, will be disappointed. Although they are movable, but the attempt of a corridor will look something rather gross motor. To play but reichts all, in particular since the mobility of the legs also pursue multiple positions. Are depending on how the legs, however, it may also happen that the droid does not want to stop. Then it is sufficient, however, the droid once fully raise, so align the legs back in their original position.

That leaves the figures, of which in particular the Toholothianerin Stass Allie is worth mentioning, with some variety of Star Wars world comes in the Lego.
This figure is performed amazingly detailed, so Lego even on little things, like the violet eyes meant. Very beautiful!
The Clone Trooper is quite spectacular, whereas the Superkampfdoiden are rather rare in the different Lego sets. In this respect I think it is good that this set be accompanied hereof equal to 2 pieces. So overall you get 4 characters - very commendable.

Finally, so a great set. However, only drawback could be depending on expectations the legs of droids that sometimes seem a bit shaky due to mobility.
Because of this, from me it 4 stars.
