For diet victims: In the consulting business operates and therefore with very irregular diet (motto: projects make you fat). To start diet significantly overweight with 117kg and 100kg target weight under something would be nice.

For diet per se: they must be observed tiring when you're traveling on business and works a lot with other people. Eat something every hour is not part of the work routine and shakes or soups to work rather difficult. Fortunately, a lot of the meals in cookie shape. So the morning cereal, cookies during the day, possibly shakes and evening soups. Fits! Better, however, to take an appropriate period of time such as holidays for this intensive diet. Christmas offers at ;-)
Gustatory evaluation is important because it feeds Yes 10 Days only of Astronautenfrass. Generally lacking for my taste much salt, which leads despite the minerals are part of the diet should be a massive craving for salty.
Shakes: Flavour BASF with variants Mocca, banana and vanilla. Very artificially but drinkable.
Potato soup: fully ok
Curry soup: not ok. Actually, only sharp and no other flavor.
Muesli: where we "not ok" speak of the cereal tops the rating scale. Taste or something slimy like porridge. Overcoming. Had there not to reintun some milk powder?
Biscuits: diverse wholemeal biscuits are quite tasty (again with too little salt). Tuscany cracker with plenty of rosemary, chocolate biscuits and perhaps the weakest Chili pretzel.
6 packs of "bars" in three flavors are all delicious.
