I am satisfied, this utensil helped me this year to produce black elderberry juice which I still remember it costs in trade almost ninety euros per liter, ie the price of a good champagne. It quickly amortized utensil!
One downside: this tool is energy and it is economic to operate it on a stove or a wood stove. For my part I use a wood stove Gaudin.
It will be beneficial, I noted, was not to hurry to transfer immediately the basket material as it can to drain for an hour or two and produce a substantial juice rab.
Within these limits I feel I have made an excellent deal.
