Just an update of F1 2012

By itself, F1 2013 racing game successful. One should not expect top simulation, but the game is on the track a lot of fun and it is after all the only Formula 1 game on the market. The point deduction for fun there is therefore, as the opponent, take extreme back as in the previous games in the first round (probably their formation lap;)) and one as even on higher difficulty levels with eg a Marussia after one round in advance to position 3 moves (from round 2 draw the opponents of course).
Has turned out better that you not so often even gets penalties for accidental collisions.

The reason I F1 2013 total was only a 2 star review, I would like explain below:
In principle, is nothing more than an update of F1 2012. Sure, the Grand Prix mode is back again this game, however, there was already in the F1 2011 and was probably just resumed, as it displays many fans over the absence of this mode F1 2012 have complained. The new Classic mode has mE even demo character. For more content you have to buy a DLC, therefore is the next "cash cow" born. In addition, of course, remains a strange aftertaste, if you go against each other with cars from different years. Then Codemaster should make rather more an extra game for F1 Classics.

If you, however, keeps in mind what former Formula 1 games already and could Codemaster has unfortunately repeated not installed:
- Formation lap (to drive yourself, tires and brakes warm up, etc.)
- Grid Girls
- Tear-offs (there was even a Formula 1 racing game)
- Go in the box itself
- Award ceremony
- Create own character (face etc.)

What does that tell us? Exactly which options are far from exhausted. And we are talking here not of highly complicated things, but simple things that would just require a little extra work. When damage model is Codemaster probably linked to the licenses (the FIA ​​does not want to see completely destroyed F1 models), with the other I do not understand why they are not installed.

Unfortunately, worth up to something better graphics, the current season data and the cropped Classic mode F1 2013 as a full price title not really for F1 2012 Player. People who do not have the game of the F1 series, but can access courageously, it is a good racing game and my review is only a little worse, because I have a direct comparison to F1 2011 and F1 2012.
