I recently purchased the inhaler IH 50 of your company. On the whole, I am so far quite happy with the device.
I never use the mouthpiece, so I would not need the masks.
. The fact that the membrane, ie the so-called of you "mesh nebulizer" does not last forever, because it is a consumable item - is also clear to me and that is therefore absolutely OK.
That you but obviously this is not available as a replacement part (at least only with the medication container, such as in your operating instructions and the REF number: 162 711 listed) offering, but only in the set - so together with mouthpiece (as a so-called "Year Pack".) , adult mask, children mask, connector - sold, I do not feel as especially consumer-friendly, or even as a pretty insolence.
The supposedly "cool" name in hackneyed Anglizismen-type ("Year Pack"), this lapse does no better and certainly not original, or customer-oriented. :-(
So I have every time the membrane / ceramic disk of the mist generator is worn, purchase the entire accessory !?
But ... customer friendly is different. This is more than unacceptable, sorry.
Had I been aware that before, I would have probably considered me to buy the device.
Unnecessary parts-to-buy, I do not need is frankly a disgrace. The nebulizer alone would surely offer much cheaper than this whole set.
And if you already invents such customer Verarsche, then the changes but please also in your instructions, because according to this the nebulizer would be available at least to the medicament container and without the other accessories.
Sorry, but about those "machinations" can I get upset animal and had to get rid of this time ....
