The style is quite heavy to read more, and it takes 150 pages to speak truly of body / mind relationship, which stands on a table of 2 pages ... the problem is that there are things learn but it is too embedded in the repetitive and somewhat blah rooted in practicality. The tone is not very catchy either.
The unification of the sacraments / sefirot / chakra is interesting but not as obvious as it is, in short in all the book does not correspond at all to what it announces to me. Rest it brings its share to a genre not bad documented.
