I needed for my new apartment quickly a possible low-cost, compact dryer and absolutely love it:
+ Very stable
+ Much dry area
+ Quite space-saving
+ Side angle for shirts-hanging super idea
+ Quick and easy to build together
+ Good workmanship
+ Mobile (by rolling)
- Side angle might have something deeper grooves, so that the hooks fit better (eg wind)

... In short: great value for money!
