Standard focal length DX!

Updating my review after a few months of use: the adjusting ring began to grincouiller a rather unpleasant way and we feel that it is a plastic finish. I get off the mark is 4 stars even if it retains its excellent value for money and remains my favorite goal.

This fixed lens enchanted me from the very first shot with my Nikon D5000! I find him qualities and whether to find fault I do not see one: it is reserved for Nikon DX (D3000, D5000, D90, D300 (not that the d300 no ... )).

He has:

-a beautiful build quality
-a focal "standard" (52.5mm equivalent in FX, 50mm is very universal, perfect for learning (and do) photo)
-a large opening 1.8 allows real blurry in the background and happened maximum flash
-a beautiful "bokeh" (blur behind Particularly spread map)
-no significant weakness in the rendering (especially since the devices now correct the distortions and chromatic aberrations of objectives).
-a small size and lightness ...

I do not expect anything more than a goal, try it and adopt it! He never left my camera and it is he who makes me take so much it gives me pleasure!
