Steve Aoki's third album

Neon Future I (Audio CD)

Customer Review

The Californian electro-house DJ Steve Aoki, born in 1977 is now out of the electro-dance scene hardly imagine. Although this is only his third album is his undisputed influence. He tried to blow up also limits; for example, published a single with Linkin Park and a (included on the album) with Fall Out Boy, remixed songs already by Lenny Kravitz, Duran Duran, Bloc Party, Snoop Dog or Robin Thicke. "Neon Future" (2014) features 10 tracks with a running time of almost 41 minutes. For the most part there are relatively blunt tracks with good danceable beat Baller, the full pack a punch on the dance floor, often lined with processed voices. Neider would call the little firecracker demanding than Proll music. But there are also quieter passages that do the variety of the album is also very good. Aoki in 2013 prepublished mega single "Boneless" is included under the name of "Delirious" in a more commercial mix and three more singles were even decoupled. Each of the 10 songs is a collaboration with another artist. The best known of these are likely to be Luke Steele of the band Empire of the Sun and Will.I.Am. The CD comes as a silver pop-digipack (looks great) with mini Faltposter, the information includes, but no texts.
