Feels like it is much more than about six months ago that I - because my 14,95-Euro-knife ausm Tchibo fell down and smashed - angry a lot of money bought a knife from a company that actually zusammenzimmert laser printers. In between, I've never bought any etxra-sharp twin-steel knives to the finest that I'm destroying, but by constantly sharpening (because I'm too stupid for) already on. In between lies, still sharp as on the 1st day, my Kyocera. Today tomatoes cut into slices so thin that this Austrian Teleshop-seller probably Harakiri with its "I hereby cut off nails" commits, creating a torn, not cut wound. Fallen down is not the knife. Nor do I wills try ....

Supplement 19.12.2011 Since the knife anyway had a hole in the edge, I made the ultimate test: letting the knife from working height falls on the kitchen tiles. Eight times I needed until the blade finally broke in the middle. The old Tchibo fell down again ....
