Inspired by the indication that you have an iMac would only turn it on and then can work now, I ordered about 2 weeks before my first iMac. Unfortunately, things turned out differently, because my iMac had from the outset WLAN problems. After the sleep mode it connects well after a long wait not to the Internet, when switching only now and then and it always comes back to WLAN crashes. And so I spent hours on the phone with the Apple helpline in Ireland. Small consolation: there are never queues and the helpline staff are very friendly and eager. They could not solve the problem only, but there were several indications that there is an entire series, the compatibility issues with certain routers does (I have a telecom Speedport, nothing exotic and fairly new, bought in early 2012). It would probably have a hardware problem. After very long back and forth and repeated unsuccessful attempts on updates, patches, and to bring a repair at Gravis the unit in order, Apple gave me at the end of an Apple Airport Express Station. In order for the Mac is working properly. The compatibility issue for Telekom Speedport could therefore not be solved, it is there from me only two stars because the device from the series that Apple has given me, would not have been available without changing my network.
