Successful follow-up album - very commercial, managed though a bit mixed!

Leona Lewis first album Spirit was an absolute gem. This brilliant voice and the melodies had something unique, something new, unprecedented. Something I have so far experienced only a few solo artists. Therefore, my expectations were on the album Echo also quite high. Largely they were filled, but I expected a little more secretly.

The new album Echo has sound something commercial. Partly it is because Leona or their producers try to bring a great deal of variety and styles, which I think is sometimes put a little and restless. In addition, the ballads of the Spirit-CD hit like a bombshell and caused me goose bumps atmosphere when I heard, for example, "Bleeding Love". But this was also due to the good coordination of instruments for voice, the special atmosphere made.

11. Catchy melody and tidy rhythm. This reminds me a bit of country-pop.

Conclusion: For Leona Lewis fans like me definitely a great album with many good reasons and arguments to Buy! Still feeling a bit annoyed the marketing strategy with the Deluxe and Echo-bonus Edition that are also offered and whose titles are not exactly known.
