"Damn the torpedoes" - 1979 Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers published this grandiose piece of music history and in the new edition as 2010'er Audio Bluray to hear anything from the titles of frumpy. On the contrary, the sound in the DTS HD track sounds as fresh and powerful as if just blended only. Super 5.1 sound but also the stereo mix sounds great. Here is a great success Petty, just as with the Audio Bluray of "Hypnotic Eye" soundwise succeeded. For music, we can say that rocks it right and songs like "Refugee" and "Here Comes My Girl" are classics of the 70s rock music. And the bonus songs can have a fully convince! Some Petty fans should indeed "Surrender", "Casa Dega" and "It's raining again" be known, but with "Nowhere" is an unreleased song, therefore, it has in itself. But the recordings from the 1980's concert at the Hammersmith Odeon ("Shadow of a Doubt", "Do not do me like that" and "Somethin 'Else") can fully convince. Finally, an atmospherically very good demo of "Casa Dega" and a very nice alternative version of "Refugee".
An excellent album was reissued as HD Bluray and pimped with 9 bonus tracks, plus 2 videos. What more do you want? For the price - strong buy recommendation!
