The programing was also 'Ratz - Fatz' right.

The 'old' was probably programmed improperly.
After their exchange (what was going on quickly and without complications) everything worked properly, as described.
I have to be mounted very precisely one hour hand (after the board was traded). However tool was very close already "around" and had not only collected / wanted.
The communication with the hotline went straightforward and competent basis.
Only the waiting time on the phone a little longer (because probably frequented heavily), but that can be accepted.
