Something sought and already I found a successor. Since my board (Asrock 990FX Extreme 3) was compatible with the new FX processors, the choice fell on the 8320. My cooler (Scythe Mugen 2) should this thick rich, therefore for me were the reviews because of the loud bundle cooler matter.
After installation and the installation of the required additional drivers, so that one should really install with Windows 7, the system ran at right wonderful. In UEFI Bios of my boards I tried directly from the car clock settings. My Board then checks the CPU and overclock automatically. In Windows I could not believe my eyes, 4.7 GHz !!!! That topped even my good old Barton yet. So far everything is stable, so I have to say the CPU is extremly overclocking joyfully.
But now to the actual problem, Battlefield 4. In the game, framerate increased at a resolution 1920x1200 and everything on high from 35-50fps on throughout 65-90fps. So just as I feared, the CPU was limited. Due to the high clock speed and 4 additional Treads per clock the new FX8320 can convince easily. My good old Phenom goes into retirement in my HTPC. Let's see what I can get out of here get by undervolting to make this quieter! :-)
For the FX8320 my full recommendation for all the great performance for narrow money want. Clear is a I7 still faster, but not at this price. In addition, 4.7 GHz are times definitely a house number in a standard clock of 3.5 GHz with air cooling.
Will buy it to you! :-)

In the meantime, I switched from my SLI system back to a one-card solution. The waste heat from the two 560Ti was just too high. Our office became the sauna. Since about a month performs an AMD R9 280 X the same services. Ultimately, this is a card even faster than the two 560Ti. The card goes well with the processor and ensures consistently even higher frame rates. Battlefield 4 runs in the meantime without a murmur at 1920x1200 with all regulators to stop. I am still convinced!
