I buy earlier this fan. Silent and the price promised much.

Then built - I thought, struck by lightning!

The fan sounds, the power supplies as absolute cheap PCs.

My PC was thus 3-4 times as loud as "normal".

Silent is here really a bad joke. Since then helps not output unless times will "turbine Feeling".
