You can really see the difference with the input range. That slice perfectly. Beware the cuts, it is really a paring knife to not use table knife, especially with children (despite the pretty colors) ...
The notice said that the knife can go in the dishwasher, although the wooden handle, provided it is in the covered tray, point downwards. Personally I still prefer the hand wash, it's very fast.
