I now use this slicer for some time and am very satisfied. The blades are really very hot !!! I cut so sämtliches vegetables, cucumbers, peppers, tomatoes, etc. Even easily be cut into thin slices, without the juice seeping out. Of course there has to be cut with corresponding "swing". But thanks to the safety fruit holder remain the fingers without injury. Also, the "free" bundled Peeler is a super product. My previous peeler has become therefore already disposed of. Dishwasher ??? In flowing water and seek, if necessary, with a soft nylon brush (AWAY !!!) clean. For drying I reject him easily with the handle up to the tiled wall in the sink in my kitchen.
