Who expects something new from the "preachers of the night", is completely wrong here. Comparisons with the previous albums I make not, but want to refer exclusively to this album, because this it is, after all. Powerwolf only access Altbewärtes back - but really crisp: With "Amen & Attack" and "Secrets of the Sacristy" roar two fast numbers from the speakers. "Nochnoi Dozor" could develop the Metal anthem of the year, while with "In the Name of God" is a real Stampfer at the start. The 11 tracks on this album feature religious bombast and their hymns character. Great choruses alternate with powerful guitar riffs from the song by Attila Dorn ranges from opera to the aggressive metal vocals and thus contributes its share to a varied album with. The production is powerful and leaves no wish unfulfilled. The 2nd CD would now really need it, but is still a nice plus. Conclusion: great album, typical Powerwolf, 11 successful songs, not only for fans - 5 stars.
