I use G Data Internet Security for years now. As for the virus detection and security, I have been also heavily clothed. However, the other programs.

Then I tried different hard drives and programs and kept coming to the same conclusion. Hard drive is no longer recognized and Windows 7 freezes when you log off or shut down.

I then reinstalled Windows a total of 3 and gradually installed and tested the programs that I use. Unfortunately G Data was always the same for the drivers to the programs that I have installed in front of the individual tests.
At the 3rd times I then formatted before each driver a hard disk in order to exclude the driver. As a result, prior to G Data it works smoothly, according to G Data emerged the problem. G Data so taken down again and lo and behold, hard disk test and format go.

The same problem.
Mich contacted the support of G Data. Must Monday and on Friday evening a response. First, I must mention that I am simply did not get through by phone.

The described problem you can not be traced back to the G Data software.
Are you still think that this is caused by our software, so far, the problems continued.
This is now the 2nd time I have a problem with G Data and hard drives. And the support is not really helpful.
