Nothing to say about the delay, the packaging or the product except that my hard drives are not recognized. If one of them is connected to the hub before starting the PC, Windows will not start, (I 7). The discs are: 1 powered Iomega 320GB Transcend 250MB and 1 self-powered. With a USB key (I have tried that) it works very well. I had to return the product. No problem for the recovery.
