An excellent summary of the work of Mantak Chia by one of his oldest students. Exercises spread over 14 weeks in order to have a plan of progression and not to be discouraged. Some of the areas developed in this book require the purchase of another book by Master Chia to get to the bottom. However, the book is sufficient unto itself given the importance of lessons that are developed there.
