Tactics leading to the common victory

A card game with 98 numbered cards. Many of them have above green ox displayed = pluses, some minuses Red =. It is a game application. It comes to instructions booklet card matching (cards that are higher value) to the appropriate stack to create. But be careful you must train each invest up to 3 cards and once a player the 5th card is abuts against a stack of his. But even this is not always good. If more minuses than pluses lie on a stack, of course you do not like to take this. But sometimes you just have to, or is almost forced by the enemy by its tactics to do so. Special cards "x2" or "+5" change stack value addition in the final bill. The winner is the one with the most points at the end.
