The theoretical side is divided into 25 chapters, which correspond to 25 makes lessons more interesting one than the other.
As an introduction of each chapter, a more or less famous painting is presented and discussed. The choice of this image, related to the chapter in question, is always wise and allows us to become aware of the thoughts of the author other than with words. Many quotations are also challenge our mind throughout the book. Then come the explanations, overall clear, neither too long nor too short. Finally, a very brief summary, which is sort of the "lesson", just close each chapter.
The practicality is accessible via a CD that includes several mindfulness meditations. Christophe André's voice is pleasant to listen to, it allows to dive more easily exercise. That is the big month over the book, since it is ultimately the practice we can experience the type of mindfulness meditation.
