Technical support Sony unresponsive

Ballade for nearly a month by technical support which ended after many reminders by offering me to return the chain repair: no connection to internet radios, it showed desperately "No service" while my network configuration was all functional points compliant.

For access to the DLNA server (Twonky Server), it works correctly even if we frequently refresh the server list at startup (it often loses the connection when you put the unit in standby). The dedicated application AudioRemote on iphone / ipad allows the selection of pieces and the remote volume.

The sound is quite good for a chain micro and value for money remains excellent. Too bad I lost a month to work properly ...
