It goes further, however, by removing the practices used to make us do what we do not want, but the "other" fervent hope, that the author-making brings us understanding the system used and provides us with weapons necessary to counter it.
Practically from the two first chapters a little light, it becomes quite exciting during the reading of this book, which is highly recommended.
The reminder of the various methods used at the end of the volume, please make it your own by supporting the personal examples, is also very useful.
Of course we must also deal with other readings, in other areas: self-presentation, self-confidence, art of dialectics ... to complete the various skills that one would like to acquire to be successful in life but this book is an excellent starting point for this.
