After long hesitation between kMix and kitchen aid, I finally decided to kMix. And that is truly without regret. Very stable, it can knead thick pasta without problem. The snow whipped cream or eggs are a breeze. The kMix is curved: very easy to clean. Big advantage compared to Kitchen Aid: the controls are on one side only, while for the kitchen aid, there is a handle on each side. Thus, we can put the kMix along a wall without having to find the tweak command. The materials used are solid, it seems indestructible. Metal and white colors are superb!
