The injustice of the music industry

There are bands that make great music and still remain unknown, unrecognized and then eventually go under. A sad example of this is the Golden Virgins from Sunderland: 2004 released an album, getting very good reviews for it and then came: nothing. The band eventually broke up again and have joined other projects, the singer Lucas Renney example, recently a successful solo album appeared.

But now time for this panel: a varied, sometimes brisk and sometimes thoughtful piece of music history, wrapped in wonderful lyrics and pleasant melodies. Discreetly strewn dimness ("Staying Sober"), as they like to miss in today rather naively cheerful "indie" skirt times. "The Golden Virgins" do everything right. They are not too rocky, not cranky, not too monotonous and not adjusted. Why out of them never what happened, I do not know. But music lovers will not want to miss it, here a listen time.
