Subject ambitious but excellent summary of the Second World War. In fact what interests me is to understand how we got there and especially how the allies were able to get us out (a lot of material, courage and brainpower). Our history books do not place sufficient value the role of allies in that war. I think any challenge in the history of humanity has been so complex and difficult to overcome.
