COMMENT John Williams is the Hollywood composer. Directed Eure like Steven Spielberg or George Lucas trust the Americans. Tunes to blockbusters like Star Wars, ET, Forrest Gump, Saving Private Ryan and the Indiana Jones movies. So far, he has been awarded four times with the Oscar and was nominated 45 times for all. It certainly was a bit surprising that Williams once again made it to compose the melody of a global phenomenon. For his composition runs through the entire seven films and has millions of fans tune they associate with Harry Potter. What John Williams has composed one last time in the hearts of millions of people and has left something for posterity. The 19 songs of the soundtrack for the first film of the Harry Potter series give very closely the emotions of the characters in the film again. The initial melody will be forever linked with Harry Potter. My two favorites are the last two titles "Leaving Hogwarts" and "Hedwig's Theme".
EXTRAS On the second CD of the Special Edition CD-Rom there are a lot of extras for the computer. The most interesting thing I find here the various trailers, screensavers and Poster Gallery.
