The real end of the novel

Contrary to the first comment is, IF it was essential to re-translate this book: respect for the player, out of respect for Jim Thompson, too. Besides some errors it corrects false sense inconsistencies, levels of language ("It was even possible that Grandma was regulated") this version has the enormous advantage of being faithful to the novel Thompson delivering his END REAL, as in translation entitled "The marriage bond", the last page of the original book has been cut, making the reader believe that the outcome is radically different.
