The end of the Interstellar film was largely inspired by the novel

After 2001 wrote with Stanley Kubrick, which is a masterpiece, the two volumes that followed were not really up to par. I was completely gone from the 4th tome written in 1996 by visionary Arthur C. Clarke.
Critics on the Interstellar movie made me read it and I left with a happy Franck Poole returned to earth a thousand years after his expulsion in space by HAL. He discovers a world that has changed but remains in line with the latest scientific findings. Decidedly Clarke had a nose.
