What I have suffered. For many years I could not do anything against my overweight. All attempts went into the pants. Food Combining separately, or eaten together. Wholemeal, or Doppelkorn. Aerobics, gymnastics, Tai Chi or Chinese food, nothing helped. Even my doctor was desperate. There really was no good, my doctor had a recent radical proposal.
