After a first purchase of this product from a retailer I copied (to do as an external backup) about 14 gigs of my files. Shortly after I wanted to update: the content of my key was no longer attainable. A message advising me to "format the drive," I tried, no formatting was possible! So I wanted to see if buying the same key again to another supplier I'll get a better result -> I purchased from Amazon (my first purchase on this site). I must say that I am extremely satisfied with the amazon service (price, time, easy to make and receive my order) ... but I have the same pb with the key: unusable !! Since I saw on the forums that these keys were giving the same attention to many buyers ... I gave up !!
